ALDI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store leadership in daily operations in Florida. The role focuses on supervising activities, optimizing performance, scheduling, and developing actions to improve outcomes while identifying training opportunities to grow the team.

The position is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $26.00 per hour, plus a wage increase to $27.00 per hour in year 2. Benefits are offered to eligible employees.

Responsabilités

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Identify training and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Model company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the competitive environment and adjust as needed to stay competitive.
• Provide product feedback and assist with item selection decisions.
• Participate in interviewing store personnel and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain inventory procedures, signage, and cash control policies.
• Resolve customer concerns in the absence of the direct leader.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper signage at all times.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels and order products as needed.
