Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a retail environment
• Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge
• Prior management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identify training and development opportunities for team
• Model company values and foster teamwork
• Monitor competitive environment and advise leadership on adjustments
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items to carry or discontinue
• Participate in store personnel interviews
• Maintain inventory procedures and cash control policies
• Ensure customer concerns are resolved in leader's absence
• Identify hazards and maintain equipment and store ergonomics
• Keep store clean and properly signposted
• Assist with stock levels and ordering
• Merchandise products to maximize sales
• Ensure product quality and accurate signage
• Assist with payroll and loss budget and training
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate as needed
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and high customer service
