ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Florida to support daily store operations. The role oversees scheduling, assists with action plans, and helps drive store performance while mentoring team members.

The position is full-time, typically 38 hours per week, with starting pay around $26 per hour and potential increases. You will supervise staff, maintain store standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.

• Monitor community competition and advise on adjustments.
• Provide product feedback and recommendations on items.
• Participate in store personnel interviews and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash controls are followed.
