Job summary

CVS Health in Springfield, MO is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and drive performance while delivering excellent customer service. When managers are not onsite, you will guide the store and supervise staff, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed accurately.

You will oversee merchandising, pricing, stock, and weekly displays, while maintaining a positive shopping experience and coaching colleagues on customer service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations with store management and crews.
• Provide customer service guidance and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise and maintain weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Coach colleagues and maintain confidentiality and safety in daily operations.
