• Willingness to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the store's crew through directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly/promotional plans.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
