Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team in planning and executing store operations. You will lead staff, drive performance, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining store standards.

The role requires coordinating with teams, coaching colleagues, and handling daily tasks such as merchandising and inventory. A full-time schedule with potential early shifts and overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical ability and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations and lead the store crew.
• Coordinate with store management and staff on execution and performance.
• Provide customer service support and handle customer questions or complaints.
• Coach colleagues with feedback based on observations and company programs.
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and assist with weekly or seasonal displays.
