Job summary

CVS Health in Solvang, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service.

When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Management: Work effectively with store management and store crews; supervise the store’s crew through directing and following up on activities.
• Customer Service: Communicate information to/from management and crews; assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints; promote CVS service culture; handle customer relations per policy; coach colleagues; maintain confidentiality.
• Merchandise/Presentation: Price merchandise; stock shelves; support planning, displays, signage and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise; maintain off-shelf merchandise.
