Job summary

CVS Health in Santa Barbara, CA is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead store execution and customer service when managers are not onsite. You will guide the store team to maintain excellent service and smooth operations throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating opening and closing procedures, pricing and stocking merchandise, and ensuring confidentiality of patient/customer information.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning and analytical skills required.
• Strong computer skills preferred.
• Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
• Ability to work full-time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts.
• Respond to urgent store issues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead store execution and customer service when manager is not onsite.
• Supervise the store crew by directing and following up on all activities.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures to ensure accurate cash handling and store readiness.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues on customer service and performance.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, price adjustments, and stock levels.
