The role emphasizes staff development, adherence to policies, and maintaining store standards. The position is full-time, 38 hours weekly, starting at $26.00 per hour with a $1 raise in year two.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a retail environment.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise day-to-day store activities and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results.
• Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for direct reports.
• Identify training opportunities to improve performance.
