Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist the General Manager with day-to-day store operations. The role emphasizes adherence to company policies, customer service excellence, and reliable execution of daily tasks.

Responsibilities include supervising hourly staff, handling banking and payroll duties, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards while supporting promotional initiatives and overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate, count, read, and write accurately.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline non-exempt employees.
• Monitor shift cash handling and inventory; assist investigations of shortages/overages.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets as prescribed by leadership.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties.
• Manage cash management procedures including deposits and change orders.
• Maintain store image and cleanliness; ensure safety and sanitation.
