Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help manage daily operations and reinforce company policies. You will supervise hourly staff, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain store records and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include banking, payroll tasks, inventory control, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities for professional development as the company supports long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends and/or holidays.
• Ability to communicate, count, read and write accurately.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Complete required daily accounting paperwork and transmit by deadline.
• Supervise, develop, train and discipline hourly employees.
• Monitor cash handling and inventory; assist in investigations of shortages/overages up to $100 monthly.
• Maintain business records and cashier accountability sheets.
• Perform banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative duties per policies.
• Manage cash deposits and change orders.
• Keep store image standards and cleanliness.
• Ensure safety guidelines and proper store security.
