Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and loyalty through excellent service. You will lead the store and supervise staff when no manager is onsite, ensure opening and closing procedures are completed, and help build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through friendly, helpful service.

This full-time role requires a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends to meet store needs and to coordinate with store

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Supervise the store crew, assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide customer service coaching and address customer inquiries and issues.
• Merchandise, price and stock shelves, and ensure attractive displays.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews, maintaining confidentiality.
