Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance. You will lead when no manager is onsite, ensuring opening and closing procedures are completed and customer service remains top-notch.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• Experience as a retail supervisor (preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
