CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the CVS/pharmacy store team in Phoenix. You will oversee store execution, supervisory staff, and opening/closing procedures while fostering exceptional customer service and loyalty.

The role requires flexible full-time availability, with emphasis on effective management, merchandising execution, and resolving customer issues in line with policy.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Support CVS Store Management in planning and driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store and supervisory staff when no manager is onsite; ensure opening/closing procedures.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews to maintain operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints; promote CVS customer service culture.
• Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues (myImpact coaching; myCustomer feedback).
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise displays.
• Handle customer relations issues per company policy and maintain confidentiality.
