Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in daily store operations and overall performance.
• Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Oversee cash handling, register operations, and shift reconciliation.
• Promote enrollment in the rewards/loyalty program.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with standards.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering, and stock control.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Complete store reports and paperwork accurately.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Handle escalated customer concerns in the absence of the GM.
