Links Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a designated location, driving profitable growth through talent management, customer service excellence, merchandising and operational discipline.

You will supervise store teams, recruit and coach staff, and ensure compliance with wage and employment laws while optimizing margins and controlling costs. This role requires hands-on leadership across all shifts and a strong focus on safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree or a minimum of two years’ experience in a related field or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, review, and interpret financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams through workforce planning and coaching.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top performing team members.
• Maximize profitability through sales, expense control, and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with hours, wages, and fair employment laws.
• Maintain a continuous presence across all shifts to coach and set expectations.
• Minimize inventory & cash losses through proactive management.
• Act as liaison between store and upper management and enforce policies.
• Analyze financial reports to achieve profit objectives.
