Job summary

Gas-N-Wash LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and motivate a retail team at multiple Gas N Wash locations in Illinois. You will supervise staff, handle cash operations, and promote our loyalty program while ensuring high standards of service and store presentation.

The role requires 3+ years in customer service supervision, a 21+ age minimum, and a valid driver's license for travel to locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Available to work shifts including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for travel to various Gas N Wash locations.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching
• Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
