Job summary

Gas N Wash in Crest Hill, IL is seeking a Store Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive performance. You will supervise and train team members, deliver excellent customer service, manage cash handling, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the store.

This role requires 3+ years of customer service supervisory experience, strong leadership, and availability for weekends and evenings.

• Must be 21+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Available to work a variety of shifts and/or days of the week consistent with the demands of the retail environment which includes weekends, evenings and other high activity periods including Holidays
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to varies Gas N Wash locations for training purposes and business purposes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching
• Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
