Job summary

Gas-N-Wash is seeking a Store Supervisor in Crest Hill, IL to support daily operations and drive store performance. You will supervise and train staff, deliver excellent customer service, and manage cash and shift reconciliation.

The role includes promoting the loyalty program, maintaining store standards, and overseeing inventory and safety procedures. Travel to multiple Gas N Wash locations may be required for training and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 3+ years customer service supervisory experience (retail experience preferred).
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to various Gas N Wash locations for training purposes.

• Handles escalated customer concerns and emergencies in absence of the General Manager.

• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to varies Gas N Wash locations for training purposes and business purposes

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for entire shift
• Ability to frequently lift between 5 to 20 pounds
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repeated bending, kneeling, twisting and overhead reaching
• Ability to work in intermittent temperature, e.g., outside by the pumps and in the cooler
