Qualifications

• 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or fast food preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee guest transactions to ensure hospitality.
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and waste.
