You will schedule shifts, resolve customer concerns, and ensure compliance with regulations while assisting with audits and merchandise placement. The role emphasizes hospitality in guest transactions and monitoring store profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year experience supervising others in fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
