Job summary

Yesway is seeking a capable supervisor to support store management in Grants, NM. The role involves training staff, scheduling shifts, handling customer concerns, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will assist with audits, stock placement, and accurate guest transactions while helping monitor profits and waste reduction. The ideal candidate has at least one year of supervisory experience in retail or a related field, and will complete required certifications upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; and Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
• One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail or convenience operation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Schedule employees for shifts.
• Resolve store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests.
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
