CubeSmart Self-Storage is seeking a Store Operations Associate to manage district stores, emphasize customer service, and handle leasing and maintenance tasks. You’ll develop customer relationships, drive sales, and ensure smooth daily operations across properties.

Formación

• Positive, outgoing personality with a passion for helping people.
• Experience delivering high-quality customer service to diverse customers.
• Self-driven mindset with strong operational focus.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office products.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license and insurance required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing solutions with standout service.
• Interact face-to-face with customers; provide excellent service and build rapport.
• Meet monthly sales goals and metrics.
• Walk the property for daily tasks: lock checks, unit showing, and leasing assistance.
• Rent units, sell store merchandise, manage the leasing process and payments via POS; perform daily deposits.
