• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing clear, accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as a subject matter expert in their area.
• Maintains inventory accuracy, supports fulfillment, and upholds merchandising standards to keep the store running smoothly.
• Promotes customer programs and engages athletes to maximize store performance.
• Ensures safety, policies, and procedures are followed to create a respectful, athlete-focused environment.
