DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Specialist – Off Field Operations to help create an athlete-first store experience. You will engage athletes, provide product knowledge, and support onboarding for teammates to drive efficient operations and high standards.

You’ll contribute to inventory accuracy, floor presentation, and the execution of processes that keep the store ready for athletes and customers alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging customers and providing product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of team members in store operations.
• Acts as a go-to expert in store processes to ensure smooth execution and productivity.
• Maintains merchandising standards, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Supports participation in company programs and promotes a positive store environment.
