Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Anticipates athlete needs; drives sales through product and services recommendations based on understanding.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert of their area of the store.
• Serves as a go-to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Maintains store standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Promotes participation in company programs and ensures athletes are engaged.
