You will support onboarding, maintain inventory accuracy, and execute store processes with precision, teamwork, and strong execution, delivering operational excellence daily.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand needs and provide product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for athletes to purchase and engages them as needed.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards, pricing changes, and inventory flow.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs and related initiatives.
