Qualifications

• 1 year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Knowledge of store inventory control is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and systems start-ups.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers, answers questions, and supports customer service best practices.
• Assists with vendor deliveries and displays; supports backroom and merchandising tasks.
• Maintains accurate inventory and pricing signage; supports pricing and regulatory compliance.
