Burlington Stores, Inc. in Cincinnati seeks an Operations Service Manager to lead Customer Service and Cashier teams, drive policy compliance, safeguard assets, and deliver exceptional store operations.

You will coach Supervisors, oversee receiving, transfers, debits, damages, chargebacks, and partner with Receiving Supervisor; act as MOD and support Store Manager with staffing and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting computer software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to policies, safekeeping of funds and assets, sales, and records.
• Provide guidance to Customer Service Supervisors to meet customer service expectations and smooth register flow.
• Manage overall operations and receiving SOPs; lead the receiving process including transfers, debits, damages, and chargebacks with Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD); set leadership example and support Store Manager in staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training, and succession planning.
• Communicate effectively with the District and Regional Management teams.
