Job summary

Dollar Tree in Culver City, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help with store operations, customer service and team development. Duties include assisting with day-to-day store activities, stocking, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention to protect assets.

You will train and supervise associates, ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment, and communicate effectively with customers and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
