Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities selling firearms, background checks and specific training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by training and providing feedback to associates.
• Tour stores, communicate across levels, and implement business solutions and change initiatives.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service using Walmart’s OBW service model.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Coordinate activities with key stakeholders and support plans to meet customer needs.
