Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; teach training and actively listen to associates; provide feedback.
• Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards using Walmart OBW service model.
• Drive store financial performance by managing PL, budgeting, forecasting, and expenses; oversee inventory flow and merchandising.
• Ensure compliance with Open Door Policy and Walmart Values; foster a culture of belonging and integrity.
