Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required
• Associates will be required to attend all job trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams; coach associates and provide feedback
• Drive store sales and manage budgets, expenses, and inventory
• Ensure customer service excellence and resolve issues following OBW model
• Coordinate plans with stakeholders and promote inclusive, belonging culture

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University
