Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking a Project Manager – Store Operations to drive the execution of key initiatives and create capacity for senior leaders by bringing structure and follow-through to complex work.

You will partner with executive and store-operation leaders to translate priorities into clear plans, coordinate across functions, and manage risks from planning through implementation. This role reports to the EVP - Chief Store Operations Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years managing projects or programs in a retail/fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear project plans and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of Store Operations projects by developing plans, milestones, and coordinating deliverables.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Transformation Office to align initiatives with enterprise priorities and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams including Store Ops, Purchasing, Marketing, and Finance.
• Support implementation and launch readiness for store initiatives, including training and communications.
• Maintain visibility of the project portfolio and provide leadership with status updates and dashboards.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation paths to keep initiatives moving forward.
