Job summary

Grocery-Outlet in Emeryville, CA seeks a Project Manager – Store Operations to drive the execution of major Store Operations initiatives and create capacity for senior leaders through structured planning and cross-functional coordination.

You will translate priorities into clear project plans, manage dependencies, risks, and milestones, and report progress to the EVP - Chief Store Operations Officer and leadership team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing projects in retail or grocery operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and presenting to leaders.
• Ability to create project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risks.
• Strong business acumen and field execution understanding.
• Proficiency with MS Office and PM tools; PMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, milestones, and deliverables for Store Operations initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across departments and vendors.
• Track decisions, risks, dependencies, and keep initiatives on schedule.
• Prepare updates and presentations for executives.
• Maintain project dashboards and action logs.
