Job summary

Grocery Outlet is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Marketing to lead planning and execution of major marketing initiatives across brand, creative, media, digital, and customer experience. You will coordinate with Marketing, Digital, IT, Merchandising, Store Operations, Legal, Finance, and external agencies to organize and drive cross-functional programs.

The role reports to the SVP, CMO and aims to improve marketing workflows and visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing project management experience, including leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience managing digital marketing or customer experience initiatives.
• Experience with websites, mobile apps, CRM, marketing technology, and digital product teams.
• PMP certification and Agile experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing projects from planning through launch and post-launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, balancing priorities and schedules.
• Establish roles, milestones, and decision points across teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies; partner with stakeholders to craft solutions.
• Drive accountability for commitments and outcomes.
