Job summary

Grocery Outlet seeks a Senior Project Manager, Marketing to lead planning and execution of major marketing initiatives across brand, creative, media, digital, and customer experience. You will manage priorities, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables while ensuring teams stay aligned and accountable.

You will partner with Marketing, Digital, IT, Merchandising, Store Ops, Legal, Finance, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of digital marketing or customer experience project leadership.
• Experience working with websites, mobile apps, CRM, and marketing tech teams.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with accountability across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex marketing projects from planning through launch and post-launch support.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Handle multiple initiatives, balancing priorities to keep on schedule.
• Define roles, milestones, and decision points across project teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies, partnering with stakeholders on solutions.
• Drive accountability for commitments, deliverables, and decisions.
