Job summary

The Home Depot in the United States seeks an experienced Operations Strategy Leader to manage store operations processes across areas of responsibility and drive major process improvements that support store performance.

You will analyze problems, develop actionable changes, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver high-level insights to leadership while mentoring a team of Business Analysts to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in retail operations or process management.
• PMI certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to partner with field teams and influence outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate correct actions to teams and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations processes.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project work plans.
• Address issues and roadblocks within area of responsibility.
• Proactively respond to store needs and drive project execution.
• Build partnerships across the field/stores and organization.
• Deliver high-level insights and recommendations from analyses.
• Provide guidance and training related to area of expertise.
• Maintain knowledge of operations and processes within store ops.
• Lead and develop Business Analysts on the team.
