Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee store operations processes for defined areas and to drive major process improvements across the field. You will lead projects, manage day-to-day workflows, and partner with the Operations Strategy Team to deliver value for stores.

You will guide a team of Business Analysts, develop insights from data, and influence field stakeholders to execute strategic changes in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• PMI certification preferred.
• 3 years of retail experience or process management in related area.
• Minimum 5 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze problems and communicate correct course of action to the team and field.
• Develop and implement changes to improve store operations processes.
• Manage day-to-day processes and create/maintain project work plans.
• Resolve issues and roadblocks within area of responsibility.
• Lead initiation and execution of strategic projects and process improvements.
• Build strong partnerships with field/stores and across Home Depot.
• Prepare and deliver insights based on multiple analyses.
