Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to guide and develop teams, ensure outstanding customer service, and drive profitable store performance. The role emphasizes teaching, listening to associates, and implementing company initiatives across the store operations.

Key responsibilities include team development, adherence to service standards, and managing budgets, merchandising, and inventory to meet sales and profit targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and drives store initiatives following Walmart's OBW service model.
• Manages store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales and profit goals.
