You'll lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and development, coach non-management staff, manage visual displays, and ensure inventory accuracy, payroll, and omni-channel orders, growing with the brand.

Responsibilities

• Opening and Closing Routines
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations
• Staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management
• Train and develop the non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales
• Build and maintain visual displays
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values
