Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks an Assistant Manager to drive sales and lead daily store operations. You will balance customer service excellence with effective people management and brand–driven merchandising.

The role requires leadership in staffing, training, and executing store processes in a fast-paced environment, while upholding the company values and delivering a premium in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom for excellent service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and control inventory.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
