You will oversee opening/closing, staff scheduling, training, visual merchandising, inventory control, and omni-channel orders, while representing the brand and growing future leaders from within.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines; supervise salesfloor and stockroom.
• Staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness; drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill Omni Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
