Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with daily store operations and people leadership.

You will drive sales through analytics, deliver best‑in‑class customer service, and guide the team to uphold brand standards. In this role you will open/close routines, supervise the floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train staff, maintain product knowledge, and create compelling visual displays to support inventory control.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results with a strong work ethic and solid communication skills.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling operations and payroll management.
