The role focuses on driving sales, analyzing performance, and delivering best-in-class customer service while overseeing daily store routines. You will lead recruiting, training, and development, manage floors, schedules, and payroll, and ensure brand standards in visual displays and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1 year supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
