Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing associates to achieve customer service, operational, and business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience using KPIs, metrics, and data insights to identify opportunities, solve problems, and support business decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence others to drive store performance.
• Strong customer service focus and ability to mentor teams through change.
• Coaching and development of department leaders, assistants, and future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a favorable customer experience and promote customer service excellence.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing, and executing merchandising and operating initiatives.
• Communicate results and action plans to staff based on performance insights and surveys.
• Identify opportunities with department heads and develop timely solutions to ensure plan execution.
• Model inclusionary leadership and promote inclusive behavior among associates.
• Oversee total store operations in the store manager’s absence and drive sales and profit budgets.
• Support budgets discussions related to sales, shrink, labor, and other expenses.
• Coordinate with union representatives if applicable and maintain compliance with enterprise policies.
