Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and delivers fast, friendly checkout experiences.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, handling store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Manages opening/closing of the store, cash handling, alarms and daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives sales, controls expenses, and partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and safety duties as required.
