Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED or higher preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fast food, retail, or related management.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teams.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.
• Basic proficiency in business math, accounting, and computer applications.
• Demonstrated analytical and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
• Lead the store team in absence of the Store Manager to ensure service and culture.
• Plan and execute short-term initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Develop team through recruiting, onboarding, training, and development.
• Coach and provide feedback to ensure performance standards are met.
• Address employee relations matters with fairness and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with all store policies, procedures, and systems.
• Monitor store performance and contribute to short- and long-term strategies.
