Job summary

You’ll audit and process deal jackets, contracts, DMV documents, and funding paperwork, contributing to a transparent, efficient environment. Flexibility for varied shifts is required, with a focus on teamwork and integrity.

Qualifications

• Must read, interpret, and record data accurately for compliance and reporting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a deadline-driven setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems; good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through paperwork with accuracy.
• Process and audit paperwork for retail and wholesale sales including contracts and DMV documents.
• Manage auction and appraisal transactions with correct titles and funding docs.
• Handle cash management tasks: receive payments, deposits, and security procedures.
• Train and mentor new associates and support multiple departments during peak periods.
• Perform clerical duties: filing, data entry, and reconciling missing information.
