Job summary

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret profit and loss statements to identify improvement areas
• Oversee inventory using POS systems and supervise cycle counts
• Maintain inventory integrity and supervise cycle count processes
• Support General Manager with HR and loss prevention issues
• Supervise cash handling and coordinate with corporate finance
• Coordinate facility safety and security for customers and staff
• Help manage controllable expenses and drive profitability
• Ensure brand and store operating standards are met
• Maintain store presentation standards and resets
